Located very close to many dining and shopping areas including the Avenue in Peachtree City, The Square of Fairburn, The Fayetteville Pavilion, and Kedron Village. There are many entertainment options right around the corner! We're a short drive to downtown Atlanta, but far enough away to get a break from the busy hustle and bustle of the city.

|Recommended: YesGreat place so far. — Been here a little over half a year. I have not had a problem once. The staff is extremely helpful, if you're not sure about something and you call that office they will make sure everything is alright. For me this place is a 10 10 would recommend.

It's everything a person could want in a gated apartment complex, the apartments have a nice room layout, the grounds are kept clean, and the landscape is always manicured. I've had several occasions were i needed maintenance and the response was above timely it was actually impressive. The management staff is professional, courteous, and have displayed a true concern for the community.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments only one complaint — The areas was really quiet, neighbors and apt staff were nice, my only complaint is parking. It’s the Wild West as far as parking is concerned, no adequate parking is provided for tenants. If you decide to us a handicapped or no parking spot because nothing else is available they all Fairburn police to write ticket on private property. When I spoke to the staff they basically said sorry but it was nothing to be done about parking so be careful. Some nights if you’re not in early u may have to park in the front and walk all the way through the apts at night holding whatever you need to get to the house smh.

|Recommended: YesHome Sweet Home — I have been living at Cambridge Faire Apartments for almost three years, and I've enjoyed my stay here. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. I had a issue with a loud neighbor briefly, but my other neighbors and I complained to the front office, and the issue was handled immediately.
