Located very close to many dining and shopping areas including the Avenue in Peachtree City, The Square of Fairburn, The Fayetteville Pavilion, and Kedron Village. There are many entertainment options right around the corner! We're a short drive to downtown Atlanta, but far enough away to get a break from the busy hustle and bustle of the city.

|Recommended: YesJust signed my second lease, absolutely love it here. — I would recommend living here to anyone. I used the reviews to make my decision, and I don't have any regrets. You can feel safe living here alone, and can come and go any time of day or night. Nowhere is 100 free of criminal activity, and we had a couple of minor incidents that management got on top of right away and notified residents immediately. That would not deter me from living here or recommending it to anyone else, and I have lived in several communities in the last 10 years. I'm very picky and I look for certain qualities in a residential apartment community such as no crime again nowhere is 100 free , upkeep of the property and the residents around me, noise levels and one of the most important things no roaches which is very prevalent in many apartment communities in Georgia, but not here at Cambridge Faire. In fact, that is one of the things that scares me about moving, because there aren't any issues with bugs here. Management is very knowledgeabIe and professional, they stay on top of matters as does maintenance. The maintenance staff fixes whatever your problem is, almost before you submit the request, and there aren't many things to fix because the property is pretty sound. The apartments have easy access to I85, thus to the downtown area within 20 minutes or so, as well as virtually no traffic when going to Peachtree City. The grocery stores are 5-10 miles away, which isn't always pleasant, however, the idea of being away from all of the noise and traffic of the city is a plus, thus the 5-10 mile drive is worth it. I consolidate my grocery trips around this matter and we have a brand new Family Dollar across the street where you can go and pick up quick grocery items to ease the situation as well. We're only 12 miles from the airport, and I hardly notice the air traffic or any noise as a result of the air traffic. All in all, it's a great place to live, and I don't believe anyone would regret making a decision to move here.

|Recommended: YesGood — Living here is okay. The only problem I have is parking, and also being able to hear every move the person above me makes. The walls are super thin, and things could definitely be upgraded. Other than this, living here is okay.

|Recommended: YesIt is a nice apartment with storage onsite which is a bonus. — The apartments are well maintained as well as the grounds. Depending on the time of day parking can be difficult.
Thank you so much for your feedback! I'm glad you like the on-site storage options that we have available! We realize that parking can be tricky at buildings 1-2 and 4-5 during peak times. In your case, we recommend using the overflow parking areas near the leasing office or by building 3.
|Recommended: YesI love my apartment. The maintenance and ground keeping is maintianed professionally daily. Although residence have animals, it is not noticeable. The residence take pride in following the guidance they've been given. — Making the decision to live here was one of the best decisions I've made. I love having easy access to highway 85. The property is clean and maintained. The residence seems to take pride in their outside living area. Once you go outside the gate, there are several food establishments not to mention the new car wash they are beginning to build next to Quick Trip. The grocery store in Tyrone Publix is a quick drive and back as well as heading down to Preachtree City. I have not had to go to the office since I've moved in because they keep all of the residents up to date with what's going on in the complex by email and some by letters of notifications when needed. The trash area is always clean and maintained in a professional manner. The office staff members are very friendly and courteous. Parking lots are maintained, the pool area, laundry room as well as the fitness center are always clean. Now - about my apartment. I love it It's spacious with the hard wood from the front door through the back bathroom. The only rooms that are carpeted are the two bedrooms. That's exactly what I was looking for. My kitchen and bathroom are just the right size - Yes I am satisfied with my apartment complex
