|Recommended: YesI love my home but the outside needs to be pressure washed. It’s a lot of spider webs around and a un wanted birds nest by my window. Also some rotted wood surrounding the patio. — It’s safe and quiet for the most part I don’t have any complaints.

|Recommended: YesThe property is kept clean, they always make sure to keep the community looking neat. — It’s one of the few apartment complexes that you’ll find worth your money and time. You never have to worry about your problems not being solved it’s their pleasure to assist you. Very quiet area where your neighbors don’t disturb the peace everyone is respectful and talks to each other , it’s an overall great place to stay at would definitely recommend family and friends

|Recommended: YesI enjoyed my first ever apartment experience at Jefferson Point — I genuinely liked my apartment. I liked the layout, the size, the interior and appliances overall, it was perfect for me. The walls were a little thin, but nothing too bothersome. The maintenance man fixed everything in a timely fashion, but it was rare that I had to put in a request. I had a very enjoyable experience here. Thank you.

|Recommended: YesLove the staff — The staff people really make living here so much nicer. They are always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are always responded to quickly and efficiently. The only issue we had was we lived on ground level by the stairs and we could literally hear everything. Everyone coming and going, The grounds are always kept nice. Overall a pretty nice place to live.
